From 2007 to 2010 he was the Senior Producer with CDR
Communications, Inc. and Producer/Director with
1VoiceFilms, both US based media production companies. In 2010, Donald produced and directed "For The Glory" a feature film produced in Northern
Virginia, released in early 2013.
In 1995, he was with Good News Productions, International (Singapore) as Producer and in
2004, appointed Executive Director till 2007.
In Hong Kong, he was the producer of an award winning feature film, "The Source of Love"
which made its public release in theatres in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore in 2003.
Donald has also produced several video dramas including an award winning documentary,
"Unveiling The Mystery."
Between 1982-1995, he was the Production and Marketing Manager of Great Joy Media
Centre in Singapore.
Since 1996, Donald has also made himself available as an International Senior Faculty
Member to the Haggai Institute for Advanced Leadership Training.
He was also involved in training potential faculty at the Haggai Institute's Faculty
Development Seminars in Maui, Hawaii.
Donald has been on the Board of the International Christian Visual Media (ICVM) based in
the USA, since 1992 and CVA since 2003, a non-profit organization set up to help up and
coming filmmakers, also based in the USA
Having been involved in media related work for over 25 years, his vast years of experience
have provided him opportunities to support and provide training and consultancy in Australia,
China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines,
Thailand, Taiwan, and the USA.
