Dr. Collins is an American born in the late 1940s. He is a PhD graduate of ministries at the St. Martins College and Seminary. He is a Masters in Business Administration from the American InterContinental University in Finance and Human Resources.
Dr. Collins is also Bachelor of Business Administration from the Maryharden Baylor in Business, Accounting and Economics. He is an eloquent International speaker who has participated in Mary Conventions and Seminars. He is also the Presiding Bishop of Whole Life Christian Church in San Antonio Texas.
Dr. Collins is the founder of a Bible College in San Antonio, where many students have graduated. This abled intellectual is a qualified teacher who has taught with this organisation since 1997.
